Intensive roofs are designed to support a wider range of plants, such as grasses, ground covers, flowers, shrubs, and trees, which require a deeper planting depth. These large green areas are widely used on commercial/ large buildings. Intensive green roof soil is a blend of lightweight aggregates, topsoil, compost, and sand.
